Payment. A deposit of € 100 of the total cost, is required when booking, and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date, If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payments required at the time of booking. Please note for on-line bookings the full cost of the reservation will be collected in advance with standard cancellation charges applying

Cancellation Charges. If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
More than 30 days: deposit  
15 - 30 days:
7 – 15 days:
Less than 7 days
* A minimum cancellation charge
of €100 applies
A deposit of € 125 is taken when guests arrive against breakage or damages but will be refunded to you by post after your departure if the cottage is left as it is found. This is not included in the price of your holiday
